Bonsai Socialist Democrats

Once upon a time, the guys at MIT decided to put up a website from their server named Bonsai Kittens. They pretended to be forcing kittens to live in a jar and letting the kittens grow to fit the jar - somewhat like the idea of growing a Bonasai tree. PETA folks went obnoxious and forced them, eventually, off their original server. They were chased from server to server by PETA. They even got the FBI involved to investigate. I suppose they would have felt better if it were humans getting the Bonsai treatment. So, I feel at ease making this substitution......
